Premium Small Batch Apple Brandy hand crafted in the Weald
Each autumn Greensand Ridge press sweet apple juice from a surplus of quality apples (60% Gala and 40% Mairac for 2018's pressing) collecting fruit from growers in the Weald of Kent and Sussex. This juice is then fermented long and slow before the cider is distilled ito create apple spirit. The spirit is then matured in ex-bourbon barrels, resulting in delicious Apple Brandy!
Many people are familiar with Calvados, the French apple spirit made with Normandy cider apples. This amazing spirit is made with dessert varieties so it is much lighter on the palate but wonderfully perfumed and aromatic.
